Subject of the activity :
1- Exploration of gas in Egypt .
2- LNG exportation through pipe lines.
Results :
1- To win a concession from one of the six are offered this year from ministry of petroleum for exploration of gas, as Egypt plans to
offer to investors six or seven gas fields this year for exploration in the Delta of the Nile River and the Mediterranean Sea , The area
may totally hold as much as 3.1 trillion cubic meters of gas reserves.
In general, the company will spend between 10 to 15 million US$ ) in capital expenditure in exploration, on an area of around
6000 k.m during the period of 8 to 12 years. The concession agreement to be approved by the Egyptian government and ratified by
the relevant presidential decree.
2- To join the extension of the gas pipeline, and to be owner of a part of this pipe line on BOT basis,(build -operate-transfer) as
Egypt is looking for an investor to spend as much as $300 million to extend its gas pipeline to Jordan by 393 kilometers. The pipeline
can ship 10 billion cubic meters of gas a year. Egyptian Gas plans to extend the pipeline to Syria and possibly to Turkey .
Form of the company:
- To establish a joint venture company, joint stock or limited liability.
- Shares distribution will be agreed.
Our role:
- To do all necessary effort with ministry of Petroleum, and influence the executives in the Egyptian company for gas to get the best
concession possible terms and conditions to be given to our company, including if needed :
- Meeting with the minister of Petroleum.
- Arrange circular meeting with deputies of the minister, and executives in ministry
of Petroleum.
- Submitting professional services of director of the company.
- Provision of qualified human resources team.
- Leasing of office premises, office
equipments, furniture and fittings, and
geophysical and reserve engineering professionals.
- To solve our problem and speed receiving the presidential decree, to start drilling in the concession .
Your role:
- Financing the activities of the company
- Submit supervision for the sight, drilling equipment, and all related needs.
- Submit supervision for construction of the pipe line.
